Please read these terms carefully before using the GFWE platform or joining our alliance.

01. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the Global Freight World E-Alliance (GFWE). By accessing our website (www.gfwelink.com), applying for membership, or utilizing any services provided by GFWE, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", or "You") and GFWE ("we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our services.
02. Definitions
- The Alliance Refers to GFWE, a logistics alliance platform rooted in Hong Kong and operating globally.
- Services Includes but is not limited to global logistics network matching, information sharing via our intelligent online platform, dispute mediation, and industry exchange activities.
- Member Any logistics enterprise or professional that has passed our strict access mechanism and has been granted access to the GFWE ecosystem.
03. Membership & Access Mechanism
GFWE is committed to building a high-quality resource pool. To maintain the integrity of our "Trustworthy, Reliable and Efficient" values, all applicants must undergo a comprehensive audit.
Qualification Requirements:
- Valid business registration and logistics operation licenses in the country of origin.
- Proven track record of financial stability and industry reputation.
- Compliance with international trade policies and customs regulations.
- Agreement to the GFWE Code of Conduct and Dispute Resolution Mechanism.
GFWE reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any membership based on the results of our dynamic evaluation system.
04. Code of Conduct
In the spirit of "Openness, Inclusiveness, Symbiosis, and Sharing," all members agree to:
Honesty & Integrity
Provide accurate information regarding capabilities, rates, and shipment status.
Professional Cooperation
Respond promptly to partner inquiries and settle payments according to agreed terms.
05. Limitation of Liability
GFWE acts as a platform to facilitate connections and information sharing between logistics providers. We are not a freight forwarder, carrier, or insurer.
GFWE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Commercial disputes between members.
- Cargo loss, damage, or delay.
- Errors or inaccuracies in data provided by third parties or members on our platform.
While we implement strict partner access mechanisms and risk control systems, members enter into business transactions at their own risk.
06. Dispute Resolution
"A sound risk prevention and control system and dispute mediation mechanism fully safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of partners."
In the event of a dispute between members, GFWE offers mediation services. Members agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through GFWE's mediation process before pursuing legal action. Our team of senior logistics professionals will review the case impartially.
